"I have designed energy efficient ceramic luminaires that multiply the intensity of light through reflection. It is a system of detachable units that can be put together as desired. Inspired from the Islamic patterns, these stoneware fixtures are glazed on the facade and cast shadows that greatly contrast with the nature of its form. My project is also an exploration and experimentation of metallic glazes and translucent clay bodies."
